Warehouse Vendor Partner Policy


1. Purpose

This policy defines the terms, roles, and responsibilities for warehouse vendors and supply partners associated with BlinsKart. It ensures smooth order fulfillment, quality control, and reliable service to hotel customers.

2. Eligibility

To register as a BlinsKart Warehouse Vendor Partner, the vendor must:

  1. Be a legally registered business or authorized distributor
  2. Hold valid GST registration (where applicable)
  3. Own or operate a warehouse or storage facility
  4. Have the capability to store, pack, and dispatch products
  5. Comply with local laws, tax regulations, and industry standards

3. Scope of Partnership

Warehouse Vendor Partners are responsible for:

  1. Storing approved products listed on BlinsKart
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory levels
  3. Processing hotel orders received through the BlinsKart platform
  4. Packing and dispatching orders within defined timelines
  5. Ensuring product quality and packaging standards

4. Inventory & Stock Management

  1. Vendors must keep real-time stock updates on the platform
  2. Out-of-stock or discontinued items must be updated immediately
  3. BlinsKart reserves the right to audit inventory records
  4. Stock shortages or discrepancies must be reported promptly

5. Order Fulfillment Standards

  1. Orders must be packed securely and accurately
  2. Dispatch timelines must be strictly followed
  3. Proper labeling, invoices, and documentation are mandatory
  4. Any delay, damage, or mismatch must be reported immediately

6. Pricing & Payments

  1. Product pricing must be pre-approved and transparent
  2. Settlements will be processed as per agreed payment cycles
  3. Deductions (if any) for returns, damages, or penalties will be clearly communicated
  4. Vendors are responsible for applicable taxes and compliance

7. Quality Assurance

  1. Products must meet BlinsKart’s quality guidelines
  2. Expired, damaged, or non-compliant products are not permitted
  3. Repeated quality issues may result in suspension or termination

8. Returns & Cancellations

  1. Returns due to vendor error must be accepted and resolved promptly
  2. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be replaced or credited
  3. Cancellation handling must follow BlinsKart return guidelines

9. Code of Conduct

Warehouse Vendor Partners must:

  1. Maintain ethical business practices
  2. Ensure honesty and transparency in all dealings
  3. Avoid misuse of BlinsKart branding or data
  4. Protect customer and business confidentiality

10. Compliance & Liability

  1. Vendors are responsible for warehouse safety and compliance
  2. BlinsKart is not liable for warehouse accidents or losses
  3. Any loss due to vendor negligence may be recoverable

11. Suspension & Termination

BlinsKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships due to:

  1. Policy violations
  2. Repeated fulfillment failures
  3. Quality or compliance breaches
  4. Fraudulent or unethical practices

12. Policy Updates

BlinsKart may revise this policy at any time. Continued partnership implies acceptance of updated terms.
