Cancellation Policy


At BlinsKart, we understand that order requirements may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders placed on our platform may be cancelled.

By placing an order on BlinsKart, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched.
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@blinskart.com with the Order ID.
  3. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return Policy.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  1. Customized or made-to-order products
  2. Bulk or special procurement orders
  3. Products marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the product page
  4. Orders already in transit or delivered

3. Cancellation Approval

  1. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by BlinsKart and/or the supplier.
  2. BlinsKart reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

4. Cancellation Charges

  1. No cancellation charges will apply if the order is cancelled before processing or dispatch.
  2. If cancellation occurs after processing has begun, handling or restocking charges may be deducted.
  3. Charges, if applicable, will be communicated prior to refund processing.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds will be processed as per BlinsKart’s Refund Policy.
  3. Refund timelines may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

6. Cancellation by BlinsKart

BlinsKart reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  1. Product unavailability
  2. Pricing or listing errors
  3. Payment issues
  4. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  5. Force majeure events

In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.

7. Modification of Orders

  1. Order modifications (quantity, address, product change) may be treated as cancellation and re-order.
  2. Modifications are allowed only before order processing begins and subject to approval.

8. Policy Updates

BlinsKart reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
