1. Purpose

This Delivery Partner Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and guidelines for individuals or logistics partners associated with BlinsKart for the delivery of products to customers.

2. Eligibility

To become a BlinsKart Delivery Partner, individuals or entities must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age
  2. Possess valid government-issued identification
  3. Hold a valid driving license (for vehicle-based delivery)
  4. Own or have access to a suitable delivery vehicle (bike/van, as applicable)
  5. Have a smartphone with internet access
  6. Comply with local laws and regulations

3. Roles & Responsibilities

Delivery Partners are expected to:

  1. Pick up orders from designated warehouses or sellers
  2. Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on time
  3. Handle products with care to prevent damage
  4. Verify order details before delivery
  5. Maintain professional behavior with customers
  6. Follow delivery instructions and company guidelines

4. Delivery Standards

  1. Orders must be delivered within the assigned time window
  2. Proof of delivery (OTP, signature, or photo) may be required
  3. Any delay, issue, or exception must be reported immediately
  4. Returns, refusals, or damaged items must be handled as per instructions

5. Payment & Earnings

  1. Delivery fees or payouts will be communicated in advance
  2. Payments are processed as per agreed cycles (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
  3. Incentives or bonuses may be offered based on performance
  4. Any penalties or deductions will be transparently communicated

6. Code of Conduct

Delivery Partners must:

  1. Maintain honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  2. Avoid misrepresentation of BlinsKart
  3. Refrain from inappropriate behavior or language
  4. Respect customer privacy and confidentiality

Violation of conduct may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Safety & Compliance

  1. Delivery Partners are responsible for their own safety
  2. Vehicles must be roadworthy and legally compliant
  3. Helmets, seat belts, and safety gear must be used as required
  4. BlinsKart is not responsible for traffic violations or fines

8. Insurance & Liability

  1. Delivery Partners are encouraged to maintain personal insurance
  2. BlinsKart is not liable for personal injury, accidents, or losses
  3. Any loss or damage due to negligence may be recoverable

9. Termination

BlinsKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships in case of:

  1. Policy violations
  2. Repeated delivery failures
  3. Fraud or misconduct
  4. Breach of trust or legal non-compliance

10. Policy Updates

BlinsKart may revise this policy at any time. Continued association implies acceptance of updated terms.
